Insights-X Online: How to take part and be a success

This year, Insights-X will not be taking place in its usual shape and form in Nuremberg. However, we still want to be THE meeting place for you, which is why the digital version Insights-X Online – your stationery platform will be launched online on 14 October 2020.

As an industry hotspot, trade fairs give the economy a noticeable boost. To ensure that the digital version also noticeable support your business, Insights-X Online have prepared some offers for you. The right groundwork, effective customer acquisition and booking additional measures are key to successful participation.

Making you visible: the Exhibitors and Products section

You can attractively present your company and your products in the Exhibitors and Products section of Insights-X Online. Your innovations and press releases will have their very own stage. To generate even more touch points with trade visitors, your social media channels will be linked and your customers can get in contact directly to your employees in a live chat. Of course, you can also receive enquiries outside of your business hours.

Encounters between industry and retail: the Online Live Event

You believe that products have to be experienced? You think that now-how and expertise have to be demonstrated? That’s our view, too, which is why we are offering you the chance to hold an interactive, virtual workshop or to keep the trade audience in the loop with a talk and a webinar that‘s worth watching. As a supplier, you can actively participate in another format: during moderated discussions, interested participants of the Online Live Event get together to debate industry-relevant topics.

A platform is nothing without a professional audience

Draw your contacts’ attention to your virtual presence in advance, because, just like at actual trade fairs, an online one also lives from the professional audience. We recommend you send your customers the date for the Online Live Event well in advance so they don’t miss the event.

  • Invite your customers to the Online Live Event
  • Use your social media channels to make your followers aware that you are taking part
